TelBase

The foundations of X23™

A software environment starts with coherent, reusable foundations, separated from the needs of individual products.

A common language for development

TelBase provides shared functions for representing and organizing data, handling text and resources and coordinating concurrent activities.

Reuse with clear responsibilities

The library stays general-purpose. It does not embed the decisions of a particular interface or application; specialized components build on its foundations.

Value for the project

Shared foundations address recurring needs consistently and let higher-level libraries focus on their own problems.

Technical overview

Original tools for data and precision

TelBase includes types and containers developed within X23™, fixed-point monetary values, dates and times, Unicode text and UTF-8 conversion. These are practical foundations for higher-level components.

Measuring quantities and rates

Tools measure quantities over moving windows and compare expected and actual amounts. They remain independent of the rules of a particular network or interface.

Concurrent activities and shared data

Synchronized containers and activity management tools support controlled coordination in native applications.

Experiments and verification

From measurements to image cadence

Dedicated tests connect general-purpose measurement tools with frame accounting and frame cadence in TelNear. Measurements and application rules retain distinct responsibilities.
