TelRoute

Communication as a component

A connection belongs to a wider system: it needs coordination, lifecycle management and a clear relationship with the application.

More than a transfer

TelRoute brings together transport, connection management, message exchange, authentication and forwarding.

Communication and application, distinct responsibilities

Network needs are handled by a dedicated component without embedding interface or screen-capture decisions.

Value for the project

Components cooperate while maintaining a clear boundary between transporting information and its application meaning.

Technical overview

An original composable communication model

Transport components can be combined for the required connection. Message exchange, authentication and forwarding retain their own roles.

Connections, TLS and relay

Socket transports, TLS protection and relay services connect endpoints. The original work concerns component design and composition; TLS remains a standard cryptographic technology.

Windows and Linux implementations

Platform-specific networking is organized separately. Windows and POSIX/Linux implementations share the component’s role in the environment.

Experiments and verification

Connections and lifecycle

Tests cover transport composition, rejected connections, link closure and relay behaviour, beyond a successful transfer alone.

Local transfer and idle measurements

Test tools measure transfer and idle-process behaviour on dedicated platforms. Results describe laboratory loads and environments, not the capacity of an operational network or server.
